As per the arrangements with our bonded shippers, FED EX and IBC Courier, a complete street address must be provided in order to facilitate international shipping and shipping via UPS. International shipping and handling charges may or may not include GST, VAT, or other similar import taxes or duties, depending on the decision making process of the local customs authorities at any given time.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY:All items being exchanged or returned must not have been used, altered, washed or damaged, and must be returned in the original packaging with the hang tags attached. EXCHANGES - Please use the Exchange Form included with your order shipment which easily explains our exchange process. We accept exchanges for another item up to 90 days from the date on which you received your original order. Unfortunately, exchanges requested 91 or more days after this date are not possible. RETURNS - Please use the Returns Form included with your order shipment which easily explains our returns process.
1. For returns received within 30 days of the date on which you received your original order, you may opt for a full refund or an in-store credit of 110% of the value of the items being returned (use the credit to gear up for your next adventure) - your choice.
2. For returns received between 31-60 days of the date on which you received your order, you may opt for a refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee or an in-store credit for the full value of the items being returned to us (use the credit to gear up for your next adventure) - your choice.
3. Returns received 61 or more days after this date are not eligible for a refund or in-store credit. Exchange & Returns processing comes with significant costs (credit card fees, banking transaction fees, re-stocking expense, labor & materials costs, etc.).
